Something Special

Something Special     I don't have pictures of that object, but the fist thing that comes to my mind is the red hood that my grandmother knitted. It is made of red wool and had a hat attached to it. This hood was actually for my older sister when she was a baby, after, when my second sister born was for her, and when I was born was for me. I think like I'm the youngest sister (I have a younger brother) that hood don´t have another person in my family to inherit it, so I kept and wore that hood throunghout my childhood, until it was too small to continue wearing it. A couple of years that hood was for my little cousin, because my mom think that since I no longer used it, it could be useful to someone else. She was wrong because I would never give up that red hood. But finally when my cousen was too big to wearing it, I got it back.      I like that object because reminds me and make me think in all the love my grandma put in make it, and I think that it's beautif...

A city where I would like to live

 A city where I would like to live      Acually I don't know too much about cities around the world, but for a unknown reason I always feel atracted to Paris. Paris is a city in France, which is a country in Europe. This city is very famous because it's atractive to tourist.       I never had the opportunity to travel to another country, but I always listened to much about Paris, like on Tv, family members that traveled there, or in series. I imagine Paris as an atractive and artistic city, full of activities and culture, and maybe that´s the  reason why I want live in it.     A couple weeks ago I didn't know that France is a "wintery" country and has at least six months of winter. A song of the moment

A song of the moment     Recently I have been listening "November Rain" in loop so many times. This song is from Guns N' Roses, a very famous and know rock band. I start lisenig some rock songs from the 90's a couple months ago, but just in a recreational and random way, son I dont but many atention at groups or songs names, but this specific song like me to much.      I think that the main reason why I like this song it's because the guitar solo and the change of the  melody in the mid of the song.However Im not to much of listen an specifical gener of music or artist, I just put the playlist in aleatory and I end listen a random song of an unknow artist.

A School Teacher

  A School Teacher OCT 4TH        Mrs Espinoza is a teacher I had in High School. She did sport class. I never like me to much sports, but she makes classes more dynamic and fun. I met her a long time before she started to teach at my school, because our mom was friends and she had studied at that school before.  I remember that when she start teaching she was really strict and angry, so neither my classmates or me enjoy the classes, but during and after pandemic she have a big change.       She started to make yoga and make us say mantras at class, also started to be more pacient and respecful whit the capabilities of each.  That made the class more relaxing and enjoyable.  She thaught  us so much about her world perspective, be positive in frot adbersities of life and work for our objetives.  Acually she adopted a little hippe style, I remember one time that she teach us how to manifest.  I saw her for the last...

Fiestas Patrias

  Fiestas Patrias      For the little holidays that we had on Fiestas Patrias I went to my home. I'm from Santa Cruz, wich is in the sixth region, so I decided enjoy with my family for a few days. Every year on September 18th my family gets together and we make empanadas and we drink terremoto. At nigth I went with my family to the ramadas, but it started to rain so we go back to home, anyway, it was a great day! The next day my family had a barbecue at lunchtime, and at nigh I met whit some friends I hadn't seen in a long time. We stayed in the ramadas until they finished, we were dancing, laughing, drinking and talking. And we did the same for the next to days hahaha!     It was a good break.

       Belén is one of my friends since forever. She is form Santa Cruz like me and we atended at the same school and were always classmates, but we started talking a long time after that. She is funny, intelligent, and very kind. We can talk for hours and hours about everything. She gives good advices.     In the past we spend a lot of time together, going to every tipe of plans. We go out to parties, to shopping, take walks, and go to restaurants. In that time, we made many plans and met almost every weekend. But now we don´t see each other very much, she is studding psychology at University of Chile, like me, but we can´t see each other much because both do a lot of stuf. She, for example, goes to the gym, helps a teacher un his class and goes to parties. She always invites me but I don´t like parties very much now. That's whay we haven't seen each other in a long time.

New York Webquest

     Hi friends!       Today I go talk about New York, I have to visit some links that talk about some iconic places at New York, for me the most interesting website I visited was  Central Park . First the website was very striking, the desing of the page make you want know more about that. To add you can find all the information you need in the same place, like direcction, numbers, maps, even they have some interesting news about the history oif the park or the animals that live there. We can't forget that Central Park it's one of the most important and caracteristic places in NYC. The pictures you can find in the website are really beautiful, and they show you how to get to that spot. I think if someday I visit New York that it's one of the things I like to visit.
